A wine with more structure than your average Malbec. Pure, ripe red fruits abound on the nose supported by a complex violet and rose-like perfume. Intense berry, chocolate and sour-cherry, ripe and refined, soft tannins with a long finish. A kiss of American oak makes this well-made wine a crowd pleaser.
The Traditional elaboration method in concrete tanks.
Pre-fermentation tanksat 10 º C for 48 hours. Fermentation at 25 º C, using moderate methods of extraction, achieving a fresh and fruity wine of medium structure. 100% malolactic fermentation.
50% of the wine is matured for 6 months in used French
oak barrels. The wine that is obtained is of medium structure, very fruity and complex owing to its maturation in barrels.
